When a boxed canvas size is quoted it is sometimes the size of the image that is referred to, and because the edges of the image are wrapped around the sides of the frame it means that the actual size of the frame - the finished size you receive, can be much smaller.
As an example an A3 image size on a nice 38mm deep frame would lose almost 40% of it's surface area size and comes out on a frame 76mm smaller than A3, a very significant and usually dissapointing difference. The two pictures shown above are a true relative comparison of the A3 example.
The Picprint bonus is your assurance that the sizes we quote are the frame sizes (except A1), so the size you think you are getting is indeed the finished frame size. We print the image oversize to accomodate the wrap around the edges, and you will certainly not be dissapointed receiving the size you expected when you placed the order.
